Serwaa Bronii, the woman who previously claimed to have had an intimate relationship with former President Nana Akufo-Addo, has once again stood by her allegations. During a recent interview with journalist Kofi Adoma, she maintained that her statements regarding their alleged romantic involvement were truthful and not fabricated in any way.
She revealed that the aftermath of her public disclosure had taken a heavy toll on her life. Following the revelations, she said she was driven out of nine different communities due to hostility from residents who disapproved of her claims. The backlash, according to her, has left her feeling deeply unsafe and exposed to harm.
Serwaa Bronii also expressed strong fears for her safety should she attempt to return to Ghana. She stated that the threats she has received have convinced her that she could be harmed—not necessarily by the former president himself, but potentially by someone close to him or one of his loyal supporters who may be angered by her past statements.
Her comments have once again stirred public debate, reigniting discussions around her controversial claims and the implications they continue to have on her personal security and freedom of movement.
