The Ghana Police Service is currently holding a Guard of Honour and reception in honour of the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
The ceremony, taking place at the Police Headquarters in Accra, will involve various units of the Ghana Police Service as they receive the Asantehene as he pays a courtesy call on the service as part of his visit to Accra.
He is expected to interact with the Inspector General of Police, COP Christian Tetteh Yohuno.
He will also meet with other high-ranking officers of the service.
