GoldBod Jewellery cautions investors over fraudulent gold schemes

GoldBod Jewellery Limited has issued an official statement distancing itself from any platform or scheme operating under the name “Gold Investment Opportunity,” warning that such representations are fraudulent and unauthorised.

In a statement dated February 12, 2026, and signed by its Media Relations Unit, the company clarified that it is not affiliated with, connected to, or operating any online investment platform or third-party gold trading scheme in its name.

The public has therefore been urged to treat any such claims as deceptive and report them to the relevant authorities.

GoldBod Jewellery also emphasised that its only recognised gold investment product is the Gold Tablet, available in 1 gram, 5 grams, 10 grams, and 31 grams denominations.

The company stressed that it does not offer additional investment packages, online trading platforms, or external gold schemes.

The firm further advised that ‘Gold Tablet’ purchases should be made strictly through its official showrooms to safeguard customers.

The statement further noted that GoldBod Jewellery does not sell its products through agents, third parties, or unofficial platforms.

“Any such representation should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the appropriate authorities,” the notice stated.

The company called on the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity claiming to represent GoldBod Jewellery, as it seeks to protect its brand integrity and prevent potential financial losses to unsuspecting investors.
