Dancehall dragon, Shatta Wale has taken to social media to disclose that if he has seen farther than his colleagues, it is because he sat on the shoulders of giants.
The dancehall king, as many label him, took to his official socials to make the disclosure.
According to the musician, his closeness to legendary Vybz Kartel has helped him so much that he cannot tell his story and omit him.
The dancehall musician noted in his post that Vybz Kartel taught him how to construct dancehall songs, the reason he is one of the best dancehall musicians in Africa.
As if that was not enough, Shatta Wale claims he had an untutored mind, however, Vybz Kartel purgated the crudities in his mind, as far as being a dancehall musician is concerned.
He implored all his fans across the world to help him thank the legendary musician, revealing that his life without Vybz Kartel would be like Africa without Madagascar- incomplete.
Shatta Wale has noted that he wouldn’t be the goat that only remembers the road to its owner’s house when its leg got broken, noting that his involvement with Vybz Kartel makes him see the adage “the donkey says all known trees betray it anytime it is in need” as mumbo jumbo.
