The Kumasi Evangel Choir-Ghana has successfully drawn the curtain down on its five-nation concert tour across Europe and Asia, ushering in their 15th anniversary celebration in 2026.
The choral group first visited Vienna, Austria, where members participated in the highly anticipated Sounds of the Basilica Concert on December 17, 2025, at St Joseph Kirche.
This was followed by a concert featuring the Russian Soul Choir in Prague, Czech Republic, followed by concerts in Hamburg and Berlin, Germany, eventually concluding with a concert in Poland.
Before returning to Ghana, the group visited Dubai.
At the same time, a section of the group toured various states in the United States of America (USA) for different concerts.
This is the second concert tour of the group for this year, after an earlier one in July.
15th Anniversary
The 15th anniversary of the choir group has a planned collaboration with the renowned Gospel singer Diana Hamilton.
This is expected to take place in July 2026.
About
Established in 2012 as Celestial Evangel Choir-Ghana, the professional choral group rebranded as Kumasi Evangel Choir Ghana in 2022 to highlight its roots and cultural identity.
Since its birth, the choir has been dedicated to spreading the gospel and attracting support in diverse forms for children with cancer in Ghana through music.
