In a bizarre turn of events, local vigilantes in a community apprehended hitmen allegedly en route to carry out an assassination.
Instead of turning them over to the authorities immediately, the vigilantes resorted to a unique form of punishment: they demanded the hitmen to lick each other’s buttocks as a form of humiliation.
