The Ho Teaching Hospital (HTH) in the Volta regional capital, Ho, has assured the public of uninterrupted healthcare delivery throughout the Easter festivities, reaffirming its commitment to quality and patient-centred care.
In a statement issued on 2nd April 2026, the hospital extended Easter greetings to staff, patients and the general public, while underscoring its readiness to maintain full operational capacity during the period.
Management stated that “the Hospital will maintain uninterrupted 24-hour services across all critical service points”, including the Family Health Centre (OPD), Emergency Units, as well as laboratory and diagnostic imaging services.
The statement highlighted the significance of Easter, noting that the season “symbolises hope, renewal, sacrifice, and the triumph of life over adversity”, values it said align with the hospital’s mission of delivering compassionate and safe healthcare.
The management commended staff for their continued dedication, describing their efforts as central to the hospital’s reputation as “a trusted centre of excellence in quality and safe healthcare delivery”.
It also expressed appreciation to patients and their families for their confidence in the facility. “We also express our sincere appreciation to our clients, patients, and their families for their continued trust and confidence in our services,” the statement said.
Reaffirming its operational readiness, the hospital noted that its clinical and support teams remain on standby to provide “timely, efficient, and comprehensive services throughout the Easter period”.
The public was further urged to prioritise their health and safety during the celebrations and to remain mindful of one another.
The statement, signed by the Chief Executive Officer, Dr Hintermann K.K. Mbroh, concluded with well wishes for “a joyful, peaceful, and healthy Easter celebration” for all.
