How Lilwin Outwitted Masked Attackers to Save His Film Production

Director Breaks Silence on Controversial Film About Ibrahim Traoré

Ghanaian actor and filmmaker Kwadwo Nkansah, widely known as Lilwin, has revealed a terrifying incident that disrupted the shooting of his forthcoming movie, Ibrahim Traoré. In a video shared by Zionfelix.net, Lilwin recounted how a group of masked men suddenly invaded the film set, bringing the production to an abrupt halt.

According to the actor, the intruders arrived in a convoy consisting of nine to ten motorbikes. They ordered the entire crew to stop filming immediately. Lilwin explained that the group was reportedly angered after he declined a financial offer, allegedly intended to convince him to abandon the project altogether.

The masked men proceeded to cause extensive damage to the filming location—a property Lilwin had rented for the shoot. The destruction was so severe that the property owner later withdrew permission for the crew to continue using the site.

In a quick-thinking move, Lilwin feigned making a phone call to the Ashanti Regional Minister. Alarmed by this, the attackers fled the scene, allowing the crew to avoid further escalation.

This unexpected disruption has put the production of Ibrahim Traoré in jeopardy as Lilwin and his team deal with the aftermath of the attack.
