The paramount queen mother of Goaso, Nana Afia Serwaa I has shared that, apart from the fact that the nursing students in Goaso are cheap, they do not listen to advice.
Speaking on Adom TV, the Queen Mother shared that as part of her plans to develop Goaso, she tries her best to engage with the youth, since the tree can only be trained when it is young.
Nana Afia Serwaa I shared that, she has on several occasions had pep talks with the female nursing students in the region, but it looks like the goat will only remember the road to its owner’s house when its leg gets broken.
She revealed that the female nursing students stoop so low that they give themselves to a tricycle because of 2 cedis.
According to her, the students have made themselves so cheap to the tricyclists because dating them makes them not pay the two cedis transportation.
She noted that, since all her efforts to advise them have failed, she anticipates the fly following the corpse to its grave because of stubbornness.
She said “I have consistently advised them to prioritise their education, which will secure a better future, rather than following men. Such behaviour can lead to teenage pregnancy and negatively affect their education”.
