Ghanaian rapper Pappy Kojo has recently addressed claims regarding his fallout with actress Yvonne Nelson, clarifying that he never directed personal insults toward her.
During an interview with media personality Fiifi Pratt, Pappy Kojo expressed regret over past actions, admitting that his behaviour may have hurt others and issuing an apology for any offence caused.
He explained that his harsh words were never intended for Yvonne Nelson, despite speculation following their fallout.
According to the rapper, his comments were aimed at another individual who shares the name Yvonne, not the renowned actress.
He insisted that people misunderstood his statements, and he has since apologized to the actual person he insulted.
Pappy Kojo emphasized that Yvonne Nelson was never the target of his remarks and that there are many others in Ghana with the same name.
Pappy Kojo also acknowledged that his struggles with alcohol played a role in his past outbursts, which led to misunderstandings and unnecessary confrontations.
Reflecting on this, he reiterated his remorse for his past behaviour.
Additionally, the rapper mentioned how his views on religion have been influenced by social commentator Avraham Moshe.
Pappy Kojo admitted that he is not deeply religious, a perspective shaped by Moshe’s outspoken critiques of traditional religious beliefs.
Recently, Pappy Kojo has been focusing on his music career, releasing a new single titled “Iron” featuring Beeztrap KOTM.
Despite past controversies, the artist is now working to move forward and leave behind the issues that once caused tension in his relationships.
