Ghanaian actress Benedicta Gafah has firmly addressed persistent speculation surrounding her figure, which some have attributed to cosmetic procedures such as the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
Despite facing scrutiny from various social media users, who believe her curvy silhouette is artificially enhanced, Benedicta has taken a strong stance on the matter.
During a recent appearance on Joy Prime’s “Changes” show monitored by News & Vibes, she clarified her position, asserting that she has never contemplated undergoing any form of surgery.
With confidence, she expressed satisfaction with her natural physique, emphasising that she sees no reason to make alterations at this point in her life.
Benedicta noted that she has even shed some weight recently, contributing to her overall comfort with her body image.
She highlighted the importance of embracing one’s natural self, stating that she feels youthful and does not feel the need to conform to societal pressures regarding appearance.
While she respects individuals who opt for cosmetic enhancements, she affirmed that such choices do not resonate with her own beliefs.
However, the actress did share a caveat regarding her future plans.
She mentioned that after childbirth, she might consider liposuction to help maintain a flat abdomen, though she remains optimistic that it won’t be necessary.
She noted that her family has a history of not struggling with weight in that area, but she is open to the possibility if the need arises.
In addition to her views on surgery, Benedicta highlighted her commitment to self-care, particularly regarding her skincare regimen.
She shared that she regularly indulges in Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, a treatment involving the application of one’s own blood to rejuvenate the skin and enhance its appearance.
With a focus on maintaining her natural beauty and acknowledging her physique as a divine gift, Benedicta Gafah remains resolute in her decision to embrace her body as it is.
“My body is real, and I’ve even lost some weight. I feel like I’m still young, and I’m comfortable with my body. There’s no need for me to go under the knife right now.”
“But if the time comes, I wouldn’t mind doing it.”
“I take excellent care of myself, especially my face and skin. I go for PRP treatments, where they use your own blood to improve your complexion.”
