Former vice president, Dr. Bawumia has assured NPP that he would win power in the next general election, 2028 to be precise.
Dr. Bawumia made the statement while addressing the delegates who took time off their busy schedules to visit him at his residence on February 11, 2028.
Speaking to the people, the former vice president assured them that he would work tirelessly and ensure that victory becomes theirs in the next general election.
“I want to assure you that because you have imposed your confidence in me, I will work at all times to ensure that we win power in 2028. I will not sleep. I will work day and night,” he said.
Dr. Bawumia believes that winning the 2028 general election is an easy task for the NPP, stating that the party has more members than their largest competitor, the NDC.
“When you look at the data, we have more numbers than the NDC, and so all we need is unity,” he stated as he continued to engage with the delegates.
