A heartbreaking incident near the Accra Arts Centre on Saturday night ended in tragedy when an Immigration Officer, Japhet Boateng Kyei, lost his life after a moment of selflessness.
According to accounts from eyewitnesses, Officer Kyei had stopped his vehicle to assist a driver whose car had broken down. After rendering help, he attempted to cross back to his vehicle but was suddenly struck by a fast-moving Hyundai sedan.
