The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially announced the successful disbursement of allowances for the month of January 2026.
In a press release issued on Friday, 27th February 2026, the NSA confirmed that the funds have been processed and paid out to all eligible National Service Personnel (NSP) across the country.
The announcement brings a significant wave of relief to thousands of graduates currently serving in various sectors of the economy, who rely on the monthly stipend for their basic upkeep.
The NSA, led by Director-General Ruth Dela Seddoh, has directed all eligible personnel to take immediate steps to confirm the receipt of their funds.
- Payment Platform: Funds have been deposited into the respective GhanaPay accounts of the service personnel.
- Action Required: Personnel are advised to verify their account balances to ensure their stipends have been successfully credited.
This timely payment reflects the NSA’s ongoing efforts to streamline its internal financial systems.
The Authority has reiterated its commitment to strengthening administrative processes to ensure that efficiency and timeliness remain a priority in future allowance cycles.
“The Authority also expresses its appreciation to all National Service Personnel for their dedication and valuable service to the nation,” the statement signed by Director-General Ruth Dela Seddoh added.
The move is seen as a positive step in maintaining the morale of the youth workforce as they continue to contribute to national development through their various postings in both the public and private sectors.
