Joyce Blessing Says She’s Ready to Remarry After Bitter Split from Ex-Husband

Gospel singer Joyce Blessing has revealed she is open to finding love again, nearly five years after her tumultuous divorce from her former husband and manager, Dave Joy.

The singer, known offstage as Joyce Akosua Twene, said during an interview with Hitz FM’s Andy Dosty that she believes in marriage and would consider walking down the aisle again. She pointed to her relatively young age as a reason she still has hope for a future relationship.

Her previous marriage ended in controversy, including public allegations of infidelity and a DNA scandal that drew intense media attention.

The fallout not only affected her personal life but also disrupted her career, as she lost access to her official Instagram and YouTube accounts—both allegedly taken over by her ex-husband. The two share three children.

Despite the bitter experiences, the award-winning singer said she’s learned valuable lessons and intends to be wiser in her next relationship.
