Justin Kodua Declares Intention to Recontest NPP General Secretary Position

The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Kodua Frimpong, has announced his intention to contest again for the position, saying he is seeking to continue the work he has started at the party’s secretariat.

Mr. Kodua Frimpong made the declaration while addressing party supporters, noting that his decision was motivated by the need to consolidate reforms and strengthen the party ahead of future electoral contests.

“I will contest again as the General Secretary of the NPP to continue the good works,” he said, expressing confidence in the progress achieved during his tenure.

According to him, the NPP has recorded significant improvements in internal organisation, communication, and grassroots engagement under his leadership. He emphasized that sustaining these gains is critical to maintaining party unity and ensuring electoral competitiveness.
