Kennedy Agyapong's Wife Visits Injured NPP Delegate with Cash and Supplies

Christiana Agyapong Antwi, the third wife of presidential hopeful and Member of Parliament Ken Ohene Agyapong, has made headlines for a heartwarming gesture toward an injured member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, she paid a personal visit to the 37 Military Hospital in Accra, where an NPP delegate—who serves as the secretary for Zion Oak in the Kpone Katamanso Constituency—is currently receiving treatment. The incident that led to the delegate’s injury was brought to her attention by the “Ladies for Ken” women’s group, prompting her swift response.

Accompanied by a team of women from the group, Madam Christiana didn’t come empty-handed. She delivered a range of essential items including 100 packs of bottled water, toilet rolls, hygiene supplies, and a financial package intended to assist with medical expenses and recovery support.

Her visit wasn’t just about material support—it sent a strong message of solidarity and empathy to grassroots members of the party. Hospital staff and patients alike expressed appreciation for her presence, noting the positive emotional impact it had on those at the facility.

The gesture, praised by many within the NPP, reflects Madam Christiana’s growing role as a unifying figure within the party. Since her marriage to Hon. Ken Agyapong in January 2021, she has taken an active interest in community support, especially where women and local party members are concerned. Her latest effort further highlights her commitment to standing by the party’s base in both good times and difficult moments.
