Lands Ministry charts results-oriented agenda for 2026

The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources has set out a results-driven agenda for 2026 following a three-day management retreat held in Ellembele, Western Region.

The retreat convened agency heads, directors, and senior officials under the theme “Ideate, Strategise, Deliver,” to enhance coordination, streamline policy implementation, and improve service delivery across the sector.

Participants focused on developing innovative approaches, evaluating performance outcomes, and ensuring that the Ministry’s activities in land administration, forestry, mining, and natural resource management align with national development priorities.

The forum also provided an opportunity to review ongoing programmes, address operational challenges, and devise practical solutions to accelerate reforms and strengthen accountability.

Minister Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah said the retreat’s recommendations would guide policy execution and operational planning throughout 2026, emphasising measurable results, efficiency, and the sustainable management of Ghana’s natural resources.
