Firstly, Kennedy Agyapong’s past comments have been deemed highly offensive and divisive. This incident raises serious concerns about his ability to unite the country and promote social cohesion.
Secondly, his inflammatory statements have allegedly incited violence, resulting in harm to individuals. This incident highlights Kennedy Agyapong’s potential to promote a culture of violence.
Thirdly, Kennedy Agyapong has shown blatant disrespect for the judiciary, insulting and threatening a judge. This behavior is unacceptable for someone who aspires to be the leader of the country.
Fourthly, as a public figure, Kennedy Agyapong has made derogatory remarks about the institution he represents. This self-critical remark undermines the dignity of the institution and reflects poorly on his role.
Lastly, Kennedy Agyapong’s suitability for the presidency is also questionable given his track record of violating the law and disregarding institutions. His ability to lead the country is a significant concern.

This is necessary to safeguard the image of the profession or at least, to honour the perception of being ‘learned’
