Life coach Solomon Buchi has shared his thoughts on the pressure some women might feel following the highly publicized wedding of Priscilla Ojo and her husband, Juma.
In a recent post on social media, Buchi cautioned women against placing unrealistic expectations on their partners or themselves after seeing such extravagant weddings.
He advised that women should avoid burdening their boyfriends or fiancés with the idea of replicating such grand celebrations, urging them instead to appreciate the event from a distance.
“I hope you don’t burden someone’s son with obsessing and wanting that kind of wedding,” he wrote. “Admire it from afar but be wise enough to know that you can’t have it that big and grand.”
Buchi also encouraged people to embrace the reality of different wedding styles, emphasizing that not everyone can afford a lavish affair.
“Some will have a parlour wedding, some will have a fairly decent wedding, some will wear two outfits, and others will wear 20 outfits,” he pointed out.
His message was clear: “Cut your coat according to your cloth.”
