The highly anticipated JoyNews’ “Democracy Is Not For Sale” forum is underway in Tamale, focusing on the rising influence of money in Ghanaian politics.
Taking place at the GNAT Hall in Tamale, the forum has provided a platform for open discussions on the escalating cost of political participation, vote buying, and campaign financing.
Organised by the JoyNews Impact Makers Foundation, the initiative seeks to confront the surge in vote buying, the high cost of political participation, and the growing role of illicit financing in shaping electoral outcomes.
