Nana Acheampong has clarified that there is no beef between himself and Daddy Lumba. In fact, he indicated that he considers him a brother and they have never had any issues.

In an interview monitored by News & Vibes, he indicated that the perception was created by some fans who took sides with either Lumba or Acheampong after their separation.

Since they had fans together, their separation divided the fans into two causing rivalry.

Some of their songs also created an impression that they were enemies.

He explained that though they used to work together, they had to separate  because Daddy Lumba moved to a far place.

The music legend added that they both realised that they could also do well independently as probably they would not have done so well together.

Nana Acheampong and Daddy Lumba, collectively known as the Lumba Brothers, have produced numerous outstanding songs both as a duo and individually over the years. They have produced a continuous stream of high-quality music.
