The police have arrested a man identified as Benjamin Afedzie after he was found in possession of a powdered human skull and animal parts aboard a commercial vehicle heading towards Boamang.
Reports indicate that the said vehicle traveling from Kumasi was stopped for a search at Kwamang 50-50, during which the suspect was busted.
A search of the suspect’s belongings uncovered the powdery substance later identified as ground human skull, a food flask containing what appeared to be a fresh heart, two fresh eyeballs, and a bottle of fresh blood, according to Crime Check TV.
During interrogation, he reportedly disclosed that the powder was a skull, while the other found organs included a pig’s heart, a dog’s eyeballs, and the blood of a dog.
He allegedly stated that the items were meant for a mallam in Boamang, who would use them to treat his heart condition.
