Seidu Rafiwu, the determined walker embarking on a historic journey to set a new Guinness World Record, has completed his remarkable feat after traversing a staggering 380 kilometers on foot.
Setting off from the Bono Region, Rafiwu undertook an arduous 96-hour journey, trekking through the Ashanti Region and Eastern Region before reaching his final destination at the iconic Independence Square in Accra.
With unwavering determination and perseverance, Rafiwu’s incredible journey captivated the nation, inspiring awe and admiration as he pushed the limits of human endurance in pursuit of his ambitious goal.
As he crossed the finish line at the historic Independence Square, Rafiwu not only achieved a personal milestone but also made history with his valiant effort to secure a coveted spot in the Guinness World Records.
Rafiwo’s extraordinary achievement serves as a testament to the indomitable spirit of the Ghanaian people and their capacity to overcome challenges with resilience and determination.
Earlier reports indicated that he had even collapsed but this was found to be false as the purported video which showed he had collapsed was one in which the medical team was assessing him.
The medical team was massaging his legs and thighs.
Ghanaians are hoping for the best and pray that Guiness World Records recognises him.
