Ghanaian TikToker Maa Linda, who is based in the UK, disclosed that even some of her close friends, including her son Carlos, think LilWin ought to suffer harsh penalties for his role in the deadly collision. She expressed her concerns about the vindictive attitude towards the actor, who is already going through a difficult time.

Famous actor LilWin is dealing with a lot of criticism after a horrific tragedy that killed a 3-year-old child. According Maa Linda, some individuals are calling for harsh punishment, including imprisonment, for the actor.

On May 25, 2024, in Kumasi, LilWin’s car collided with another vehicle, causing numerous injuries as well as the tragic loss of the small child. LilWin went to the film’s premiere that same day, “A Country Called Ghana,” in spite of his wounds.

However Lil Win suspended the launche of his movie in Sunyani in honour of the boy who has since been buried.

The family of the boy also complained about how the media covered the fact that the actor had been involved in an accident but failed to acknowledge that the accident led to the death of a boy.

LilWin was later arrested and released on bail, with the case adjourned until June 27, 2024. His management team has assured their support to the grieving family.
