Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim has revealed that she remains open to remarrying someday, despite the challenges she has faced in past relationships.

Speaking in an interview on Joy FM’s show Showbiz A-Z, the actress responded positively when host Kwame Dadzie asked whether she would consider marriage again following her divorce and previous relationship experiences.

“Yes, I will. Why not?” she said.

Reflecting on lessons from her past, the film star explained that her experiences have helped her reassess what she truly wants in a relationship.

According to her, personal growth and maturity have shaped her expectations, making her more focused on relationships that add value to her life rather than unnecessary pressure.

She noted that at this stage in her life, she is clearer about the kind of partner she needs—someone who respects her ambitions and understands the demands of her career.

Juliet emphasised that her work and public life require a partner who is supportive and willing to meet her halfway.

“I’m not someone who will confine herself to just the bedroom and kitchen,” she said, adding that her ideal partner must appreciate both her traditional values and her modern outlook.

The actress also addressed some of the assumptions men make about her because of her celebrity status. According to her, certain people presume she is difficult or overly demanding, a perception she believes helps her identify those who may not be compatible with her.

“When I hear comments like that, I simply think that person is not the right one for me,” she added.

Juliet Ibrahim was previously married to Kwadwo Safo Jnr, the son of inventor and founder of Kantanka Automobile Company, Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka. The couple married in 2010 but separated in 2014. They share a son.

Following the divorce, the actress was also romantically linked to Nigerian rapper Iceberg Slim.

Over the years, Juliet has spoken openly about some of the traumatic experiences she has faced in relationships, including incidents of abuse and sexual assault.
