The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has suffered a major loss following the passing of Wudonyim Ibrahim, the party’s 2024 Parliamentary Candidate for Sene East Constituency.

His sudden demise has left party members, supporters, and residents of the constituency in deep sorrow.

News of his passing was confirmed by former Vice President and NPP stalwart Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who expressed his condolences in a Facebook post on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

“I am saddened to hear about the passing of Chairman Wudonyim Ibrahim, who was the NPP 2024 Parliamentary Candidate in Sene East Constituency. May his gentle soul rest in peace,” he wrote.

Chairman Wudonyim Ibrahim was a dedicated and hardworking politician who played a crucial role in strengthening the NPP’s presence in Sene East.
