Old Mutual Ghana has celebrated its top-performing sales advisors and teams at the 2025 Annual Sales Gala, a nationwide event dedicated to recognising excellence and highlighting the impact of financial protection across the country. The gala, themed ‘A Cultural Night of Sales Success’, saw staff don vibrant traditional attire as they celebrated the year’s achievements.
The event honoured advisors and teams whose dedication has reinforced Old Mutual Ghana’s mission of helping Ghanaians achieve their lifetime financial goals. Speaking at the gala, Head of Distribution, Emma Ocansey, praised the winners and the wider sales community.
“Your work goes beyond numbers, it protects lives, secures futures, and showcases the power of teamwork. Let us continue helping our customers do great things every day. Congratulations on a remarkable 2025,” she said.
The gala highlighted top achievers across the company’s core divisions. In the Corporate & Pensions category, Rispa Kartey won Best Corporate Relationship Manager (Pensions), while Bernice Akua Donkor was named Best Financial Advisor (Pensions). Corporate Life awards went to Jacqueline Sylvia Nartey (Best CRM – Corporate Life), Isabella Mensah (Best Performing Team Lead) and Erica Addai (Best Performing Sales Manager). The Telesales Team emerged as Best Performing Sales Team.
In Retail and Bancassurance, Suzana Mensah Boadi was recognised as Best Advisor – Retail (Lives & Savings) and Overall Best – Telesales (1st), while Emmanuel Otuo Acheampong took home Best Advisor – Bancassurance (Lives). Rising stars included Felicia Korkor Donu (Most Promising Advisor – Retail) and Rejoice Sitsofe Ekpe (Most Promising Advisor – Bancassurance). Other awards in the category included Best Advisor – Retail (Risk Sales) Yvonne Nhyira Amoako, Best Advisor – Bancassurance (Risk Sales) Beatrice Serwaa Boahen, and Highest Policy Sales (Driver Category) Samuel Tsibu. The Tema Branch of Ecobank was named Best Performing Bancassurance Branch, and Prince Edem Attipoe received recognition as Best Support Staff (Non-Sales Category).
Top-performing advisors also included Yvonne Nhyira Amoako, Beatrice Serwaa Boahen, Suzana Mensah Boadi, Rejoice Sitsofe Ekpe, Felicia Korkor Donu and Emmanuel Otuo Acheampong. Overall rankings saw Ziona Elizabeth Asare-Darko as Retail Affluent 1st, Abigail Ketu as Retail Mass 1st, and several other advisors recognised across categories including Telesales, Bancassurance, and Retail Mass.
Outstanding performers were further celebrated with exclusive reward trips. Theodora Amedzakey, Yvonne Nhyira Amoako, Samirah Inussah, Sarah Mansunuo Zeleku, Prince Edem Attipoe, Isabella Mensah and Beatrice Serwaa Boahen earned an onshore reward trip to Namibia for their exceptional contributions.
For extraordinary and record-setting achievements, Rispa Kartey and Jacqueline Sylvia Nartey will embark on an offshore reward trip to China, highlighting their status among Old Mutual Ghana’s elite performers.
