Nana Poku Ashis has declared Black Sherif as the future of the next generation.

Speaking on Hitz FM on January 12, 2026, the artiste manager noted that Blacko has come to stay and will be the face of the next generation.

Nana Poku Ashis commended the artiste and said the next generation of artistes will have to do a lot of work to catch up with Black Sherif.

He also praised the success of the Zaama Disco concert, recounting how many people were gathered at the entrance of the Legon Sports Stadium trying to get tickets for the concert.

“Black Sherif has come to stay. The young man is the future, whether we like it or not. The next generation is Blacko. The others will have to do a lot of work to catch up with that young man,” he said.
