The Electricity Company of Ghana has informed customers of plans to cut power supply to parts of the Ashanti Region for an extended period tomorrow.
This is to make way for an Emergency Maintenance, it said in a statement.
Power to residents of Bekwame, Kyekyewere, Sabin Akrofrom, Pakyi No.1&2, Sanvick, Semanhyia, Tafo 3miles, Tafo Market, New road junction and surrounding areas will be cut from 9 am to 5 pm on February 17.
“ECG will undertake emergency maintenance works to improve service delivery. This will result in a temporary outage.”
It further apologised for the anticipated inconvenience that will arise out of the exercise.
