The baby was delivered at the hospital on Saturday, February 14, 2026, to one Precious Ankoma.

Citing a report by the newborn mother, the police said on February 17, the suspect woman, dressed in a nurse uniform, took the four-day-old baby from the postnatal ward under the pretext of administering medication and disappeared thereafter.
