The criticism was sparked by Oduro’s suggestion at an event in Maryland for attendees to donate $100 or more as a financial seed to safeguard against future disasters.

Prophet Kofi Oduro appeared in a viral video warning of a looming spiritual crisis, prompting him to ask members to donate a particular sum for protection.

While in Maryland, the prophet confidently stated that individuals who donated $100 or above would be protected from the future uncertainties he foresaw.

Further elaborating on his claim, he emphasized the idea that providing a monetary donation in the form of a seed could act as a barrier, preventing disasters for both the donors and their loved ones.

Rashad expressed his disagreement with the controversial incident on his popular Rash Hour show on GhPage monitored by News & Vibes, arguing that the idea of purchasing grace with money is fundamentally flawed.

He restated that according to the basic Christian belief, divine grace cannot be bought with money.
