The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Prudential Africa, Emmanuel Mokobi Aryee, has completed a one-week working visit to Accra aimed at strengthening operations and driving agency growth as the company positions itself for acceleration in 2026.
The visit focused on aligning leadership and staff around a shared strategy to expand the agency and improve business performance across Prudential Ghana.
Mr Aryee met senior leaders, including Raymond Ngoma, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Achumile Majija, Regional Chief Officer for Commercial Execution, Operations and Strategy. Discussions centred on reviewing 2025 performance results, identifying gaps and setting priorities for 2026.
The leadership team also engaged department heads on improving efficiency and strengthening customer service delivery.
The agency’s representatives were also part of the engagements, where emphasis was placed on transformation and growth within the distribution network.
Management highlighted the need for stronger customer-focused solutions and continuous improvement across all business units.
A key part of the visit involved structured sessions with management and staff to align with the strategic direction.
The sessions assessed progress made in 2025 and built consensus on a roadmap for 2026 focused on expansion and performance improvement.
During the discussions, Mr Aryee stressed the importance of collaboration across teams.
“We reviewed our performance and agreed on the steps needed to strengthen our business and expand our agency network for the year ahead,” he said.
He also noted that the agency’s development would remain central to the company’s strategy, with a focus on equipping agents to deliver better results in the market.
Staff engagement
The visit also featured a townhall meeting where staff interacted directly with senior leadership.
Employees raised questions on strategy, operations and growth priorities, while management provided clarity on the company’s direction.
Ngoma addressed staff during the session, highlighting the importance of shared commitment.
“We engaged our teams on the priorities for 2026 and reinforced the direction we must take to achieve sustainable growth,” he said.
The engagement was designed to improve transparency and strengthen internal alignment across all departments.

The visit ended with Prudential Ghana’s end-of-year gala and awards ceremony, where staff and sales teams were recognised for performance and contribution to business growth.
The event underscored the company’s focus on rewarding achievement and encouraging high standards.
