Prudential Life Insurance Ghana confirmed a major performance milestone after five of its financial consultants reached the highest Court of the Table (COT) status and 109 of its staff qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

This, the company says, reflects its high performance with over 300 of its consultants gaining similar recognition since 2019.

The MDRT is a global association for financial advisors, and it is widely used as a benchmark of top-tier performance in the finance industry.

It is made up of financial advisors who have hit high performance thresholds and adhered to ethical standards in the sector.

The COT is a higher tier than MDRT, which requires the financial advisors to achieve three times the MDRT production level, making it a much more selective group.

The company announced this achievement at its End-of-Year Gala in Accra.

The event brought together financial consultants and senior leadership to review performance outcomes and recognise high achievers within the organisation.

Performance

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Prudential Life Insurance Ghana, Jane Dornukuor Mingle, said the achievement reflected strong professional standards and sustained sales excellence across the company’s workforce.

“This milestone reflects the training model and agency development strategy, which continue to produce internationally recognised advisers at Prudential Life Insurance Ghana,” she said.

The CEO also linked the achievements to the company’s broader mission in financial protection and advisory services.

She said the company’s focus on ethical practice and client outcomes was a key driver behind the performance levels achieved by consultants.

She described the recognition as validation of consistent discipline and professional development within the sales force.

“Each MDRT and COT qualifier represents our promise to be partners for every life and protectors for every future.

Our purpose extends beyond business success. It’s about empowering professionals who safeguard the financial well-being of every Ghanaian family,” she said

She stated that the performance reinforced the company’s standing within Ghana’s insurance sector, with emphasis placed on professional excellence, adviser capability, and long-term customer protection outcomes.

The CEO linked this trajectory to structured training programmes, performance coaching, and a recruitment model built around agency growth.

“Our achievement in developing world-class consultants is a testament to our purpose as partners and protectors; ensuring every Ghanaian can look to us for guidance and security,” she added.
