DJ Mensah is Sarkodie’s official Disc Jockey (DJ)
On December 25, 2025, during Sarkodie’s Rapperholic concert, self-styled prophet Ebo Noah, who had predicted a devastating global flood on that same date, made a surprise appearance at the Grand Arena.
Amid the development, scores of netizens criticised Sarkodie for giving Ebo Noah, whom many described as a trickster, such a platform to perform.
However, DJ Mensah, Sarkodie’s official DJ, has clarified that Sarkodie had no prior knowledge that Ebo Noah would be brought on stage.
Speaking on Joy FM on January 10, 2026, DJ Mensah explained, “Sarkodie was not even aware he was coming.”

When asked who facilitated it, he noted that sometimes the team tries to surprise the rapper.
“Sometimes we have to surprise Sarkodie, it’s the event organizers,” he added.
Meanwhile, Ebo Noah has since been arrested, prompting Sarkodie to react publicly to the development.
The rapper earlier questioned the basis for the arrest and stated that Ebo Noah was merely engaging in content creation rather than committing a crime with his prophecy.
In an Instagram Story posted on January 2, 2026, Sarkodie shared a video showing Ebo Noah in handcuffs being escorted into a police vehicle.
He accompanied the video with a caption that read: “Don’t know exactly what my boy’s crime is, but from day one I knew he was making content, unless he’s been charged with something else.”

Ebo Noah was picked up by the police on December 31, 2025, after months of nationwide anxiety generated by his prophecy that a devastating global flood would begin on Christmas Day.
He went viral in late 2025 for predicting a three-year flood that he claimed would engulf the world starting December 25, 2025.
He documented himself on TikTok and YouTube constructing wooden “arks” in areas including Elmina and Kumasi, insisting he was building up to 10 vessels to save followers.
