Juliet Kwakye, a psychiatric nurse, is attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the longest singing marathon by an individual. She has already sung for an impressive 50 hours at the Methodist Conference Centre and is determined to reach her goal by June 11, 2024.

The current record lasted 105 hours and was achieved by Sunil Waghmare (India) in Nagpur, India, from March 3-7 2012 and Juliet is determined to shatter it.
Her effort is not only a testament to her vocal talent but also a demonstration of her dedication and perseverance. As the clock ticks closer to June 11, the excitement builds. Will Juliet succeed in achieving the Guinness World Record? The world watches with bated breath as this talented singer strives for greatness.
Afua Asantewaa, a Ghanaian media personality and tourism ambassador, made an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the longest singing marathon by an individual in December 2023, but unfortunately failed.
Although she sang for an impressive 126 hours and 52 minutes, surpassing the previous record of 105 hours, her achievement was disqualified due to irregularities in rest break timings. Despite this setback, the Ghana Tourism Authority appointed her as Tourism Ambassador, recognizing her contributions to the industry.
