Putting on a major concert in Ghana’s music industry often demands more than creativity and planning, and for Stonebwoy it required a personal financial sacrifice that many would consider significant.
The dancehall artiste has disclosed that he had to part ways with two of his luxury cars to raise funds for his recent show in the Volta Region. He made the revelation during an interview with Kafui Dey.
“I even had to sell my two cars to invest in this show. I sold my V8 and my Range Rover to put into the show,” he revealed.
Reflecting on the decision, he admitted it was not an easy call to make, especially given the value of the assets involved. Still, he stressed that such sacrifices are sometimes part of building something bigger in an industry driven by investment choices and long-term thinking.
“But we understand leveraging and the need to invest in whatever long-term strategy,” the Bhim Nation boss added.
