In a startling revelation, Yoruba actress Lizzy Anjorin has opened up about a distressing blackmail incident involving her husband.
In a video shared on Aproko in Yoruba TV’s official channel, Lizzy explained how a person accused her husband of abandoning three children he allegedly had with his ex-wife, a claim that had surfaced after he met her in 2019.
According to Lizzy, the blackmailer, an individual she described as an older man, initially called for a peace meeting between her husband and the accuser.
The hope was to resolve any tensions in their families, but after the meeting, the situation escalated when the person began to spread photos of the children online to make money.
Lizzy shared that this person, having run out of financial resources, turned to the pictures in an attempt to gain profit through social media exposure.
The accusations, which suggested that Lizzy’s husband had abandoned his children, shocked both Lizzy and her husband, especially since they were baseless and aimed solely at tarnishing his reputation for personal gain.
