As transportation fares witness a surge, drivers across the city are urging commuters to direct their grievances towards the government during forthcoming open forums.

In response to the recent hike in transport fares, a driver has advised Ghanaians, “If you have a problem with the new fares, complain to the government when they host open forums.”

He added that now everything is expensive so it is neccesary to charge double for anything done for someone.

The driver further advised Ghanaians in Accra who are complaing of the increased fares to go to their hometowns and live there if they can’t afford new fares.
