A Ghanaian man, Emmanuel, has made a public appeal for a thorough investigation into his alleged torture and extortion by two Police Visibility operatives.
According to Emmanuel, the operatives demanded and took a total of GHS3820 from him after subjecting him to physical abuse.
Despite reporting the incident to the Cantonment Police station, Emmanuel claims that no action has been taken, prompting him to seek justice through public means.
