The resurfaced video reveals the emotional moment Dr Chris proposed. Regina, dressed in a blue mini dress, is seen walking into a decorated venue, unaware of what awaited her.
Upon entering, she quickly realised the setup was for her and appeared visibly surprised, pointing out familiar faces in attendance.
