A fire outbreak occurred at one of the phone shops located at Circle, a suburb of Accra.

Following the incident, GhanaWeb visited the scene to capture the aftermath and assess the extent of the damage.

An eyewitness, who spoke anonymously to GhanaWeb’s Victoria Kyei Baffour, reported that the fire started around 8:30 PM.

He explained that the lights had gone off earlier, and when power was restored, it sparked and triggered the blaze.

“The fire started around 8:30 PM yesterday and lasted for close to two hours. The fire service here had a faulty vehicle, so they had to bring one from Adabraka,” the eyewitness recounted.
