Woman Killed After Checking Into Hotel With Stranger

A chilling incident in Abuja has left residents shaken after a young woman, identified as Aldi Johnson, was found dead in a hotel under suspicious circumstances.

According to a witness named Ifeanyi, the tragedy unfolded when Aldi arrived at a hotel on 3rd Avenue in Gwarimpa on Monday night, accompanied by an unknown man. The pair reportedly checked in together, but only one would leave the premises alive.

The woman was later rushed to a hospital for medical assistance but was tragically declared dead on arrival. Medical personnel confirmed that she had been strangled, suggesting a violent end to what began as a quiet evening.

In response to the incident, the Commissioner of Police, CP Ajao Saka Adewale, appealed for public patience, assuring that a full investigation is currently in motion. He urged citizens not to speculate and to allow law enforcement agencies to handle the matter professionally.

The Commissioner also used the occasion to caution young women about the dangers of moving with unfamiliar individuals, advising them to always inform loved ones of their whereabouts to avoid similar fates.

The identity and whereabouts of the man seen with Aldi remain unknown as police intensify efforts to track him down.
