A Plus Accused of Hush Money Deal in NSS Saga—Raymond Ablorh Drops Bombshell

Raymond Ablorh, a seasoned journalist and communications expert, has made serious claims against the Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central, Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus, accusing him of taking over ₵200,000 from the woman at the center of the National Service Secretariat (NSS) scandal to suppress the controversy.

In a Facebook post dated May 1, 2025, Ablorh stated that A Plus’s recent actions are part of a calculated move to shield himself from possible fallout.

He asserted that his sources had informed him the MP received the large sum from the implicated NSS lady to ensure the scandal was buried and investigators were discouraged from pursuing it further.

From his perspective as a communication strategist, Ablorh also questioned why the Attorney General chose to engage with A Plus publicly, suggesting that it was a misstep and played into a broader agenda of self-preservation.

Beyond that, Ablorh raised another alarming issue. He alleged that during the 2024 elections, both A Plus and the Attorney General received financial contributions from a man identified as Mr. Sledge—a businessman whose company is now under scrutiny in a massive Minerals Income Investment Fund (MIIF) scandal involving millions of dollars.

He challenged both public figures to explain whether they verified the origins of the funds they received from Mr. Sledge, especially given his involvement in high-stakes financial irregularities that span both the NPP and NDC political circles.
