Police say the 31-year-old victim was approached by two men riding together on a motorized scooter. The pair allegedly confronted him, seized his black 2025 Fly Wing moped, and then sped away down East 167th Street on both scooters.
Investigators released descriptions of the suspects: one was dressed in dark clothing with a black face covering, while the other wore a black T-shirt and black pants.
