GhanaWeb recently announced the nominees for the 2025 Edition of its annual GhanaWeb Excellence Awards.

These nominees have been categorised into more than 20 categories.

And as a way of bringing readers to speed on who and who have been nominated, here are brief profiles of some of them.

All of the following have been nominated under the Media and Communications category.

Kwame Adinkra PhD

Dr Luther King Kwame Adinkra, famously known as “Apotiti Mati,” is a distinguished Ghanaian media personality whose work in broadcasting, journalism, and cultural communication has set high standards across the industry.

Tilly Akua Nipaa

Tilly Akua Nipaa is a Ghanaian media personality known for her dynamic presence, compelling storytelling, and exceptional communication skills. With a background in Psychology, English, and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana, she has brought creativity, emotional intelligence, and authenticity to Ghana’s media, especially the entertainment space.
