Nigerian comedy legend Alibaba has opened up about some eye-opening experiences he’s had involving infidelity among high-profile figures.
Speaking during a recent episode of the Outside the Box podcast, the veteran entertainer reflected on how his long-standing career and deep network within elite circles have made him witness to deeply personal and controversial scenarios.
As someone frequently invited into the homes of influential individuals, including politicians and business moguls, Alibaba revealed that he’s often found himself in awkward situations.
On numerous occasions, he said he has encountered women he personally knows—married to other men—visiting these powerful individuals under questionable circumstances.
Rather than confronting the situations head-on, the comedian admitted he tends to stay silent, opting to preserve the dignity of all parties involved.
His stance, he explained, is one of discretion, even in moments when the behavior he observes challenges his moral compass.
One incident that particularly stood out to him involved running into one of these women at a social event in Lagos.
The twist came when her husband introduced her proudly, unaware of her previous interactions that Alibaba had quietly witnessed in the past.
Though visibly uncomfortable, the comedian chose to maintain cordiality without revealing any details.
Over the years, some of the women involved have reportedly reached out to him privately, grateful for his silence and respect for their privacy.
These interactions, he suggested, speak volumes about the complexities of trust and image within the highest corridors of power.
The revelation has sparked fresh conversation online, especially after a clip of the podcast episode began circulating, prompting reactions about morality, loyalty, and secrecy among the elite.
