A shocking incident has landed a bartender, Esi Affumwaa, in police custody after she allegedly bit off a customer’s testicles during a dispute over 20 pesewas.
According to reports, the victim, a 36-year-old man identified as Osman, had attempted to purchase a cigarette from Esi at a price of GH¢1.20 but only had GH¢1.
He pleaded with the bartender to allow him to pay the remaining 20 pesewas later, but Esi refused, demanding the full amount upfront.
