A Nigerian woman has accused popular singer Burna Boy of impregnating her after a not-so-casual three-year relationship.
She said the pregnancy occurred naturally because of their long-term relationship, and she stressed that as a fertile woman, it was expected for her to get pregnant during their relationship.
She disclosed that Burna Boy’s mother ignored the pregnancy announcement, which left the woman feeling let down.
The woman was frustrated, stating that Burna Boy’s mother, as a woman, should have recognized the significance and gravity of the situation.
Denying speculations that Burna Boy was only with her briefly, she explained that their relationship lasted for three years.
She challenged the beliefs, wondering aloud about the timing of the pregnancy during their intimate relationship – whether it happened at the start, middle, or end.
The woman also rejected any insinuation that their closeness was restricted, saying that Burna Boy was aware of the reality of their relationship.
She was shocked and let down by his refusal to acknowledge their relationship, mentioning how they spent a lot of time together, even at her apartment in Lekki Phase 1.
At first, when she told Burna Boy about the pregnancy, she said he reacted in a positive way and they even talked about their future child and her career plans.
Nevertheless, the situation supposedly changed when Burna Boy stopped answering her phone calls and later rejected the pregnancy, claiming he was not prepared to be a parent.
In a surprising turn of events, she disclosed that her home was burglarized while she was coping with her pregnancy, causing more anguish amid her already tough circumstances.
