A self-proclaimed Ghanaian pastor, Sofo Obotan, has sent shockwaves through social media with a chilling confession about his past as a fraudulent man of God.
In a video making rounds online, Obotan openly admitted to using deceptive tactics to manipulate and exploit his congregation for personal gain. According to him, he amassed wealth through dishonest means during his time as a fake spiritual leader.
As pressure from spiritual backlash mounted, the controversial pastor claimed he turned to disturbing rituals to protect himself from retribution. One such act, he disclosed, involved making his own church members consume “Funu Ho nsuo”—a disturbing term referring to water associated with dead bodies—all under the guise of offering spiritual protection.
Obotan admitted that he feared being spiritually attacked by those he had defrauded and thus sought dark spiritual fortification.
His startling revelations have sparked widespread outrage and disbelief, with many calling for accountability and questioning how far some so-called men of God are willing to go in pursuit of wealth and influence.
